It has been a while since I have updated on my LOA journey but that is because it is a growth and learning process and those take time. As I have worked harder on giving out good in hopes of receiving it, I have observed and noticed a few things.
The first being the change in my days when I am having a good versus bad day. If my morning starts off a bit rough and I am unable to change that feeling, the day continually gets worse. Because I couldn’t shake the energy, it just kept building up and getting worse as the day went on. Since my last post, I have had a lot of stress and difficulty with everything happening all at once, but with that, I have been able to find ways to combat the negativity. I have found that maintaining habits, such as working out daily or doing something good for the soul (yoga, meditation, reading, etc…) it has reduced the way I react to the not so good things that happen on a daily basis.
I have also gotten into the headspace of recognizing that there are some things that I just cannot control and reacting to them is just a waste of energy. I have also done my very hardest to cut out as much negativity and bring in positivity. You can only do so much for yourself, and even if you are working on being as positive as you can be, the world you have surrounding you can impact you as well. If you surround yourself with people who bring your positivity down and make it harder to embrace your positivity, then they should not be in your life. I have brought in a lot of positivity based on the people I hang out with. Being with someone, romantically or platonically, should make you feel good, happy, and free, which is a concept I have recently welcomed into my life. Having someone, even if it is just one person, to share positivity and motivation can make all the difference in your mindset.
LOA is divided into short term and long term. For example, the short term can be seen as the negativity/positivity within days that I mentioned in the previous paragraph. Long term can be the main goal or ideal achievement. That goal is specific to each individual and is set based off of how they interpret the LOA and what they want to get out of it. Sometimes, you may not have an initial, overall goal and that is perfectly okay. If you just work towards gaining the positivity and love you give out, then you are on the right path. It is all about your personal journey, that is all that matters.
I have started to see it slowly come back to me. As I have let the good and positivity out, the good and positive has been given back to me. It has come back as people, experiences, and overall happiness.
I hope you can use this as inspiration to start incorporating and more positive mindset into your life and don’t forget to stay vibin!
